Yesterday at Spring Campus Assembly, I shared a clear direction for The University of Alabama — one that defines how we move forward together as a future-ready flagship, positioned not only to respond to change but to lead in what comes next.

That means strengthening our impact across the state, preparing our students to lead with sound judgment and confidence, and aligning our resources to position this institution to compete and excel in a changing world.
This vision is grounded in four commitments that will guide what we do and how we will manage our operations to deliver on these promises:
